Garam masala - ¼ tsp

Dry fenugreek leaves – 1 tsp

Turmeric powder - ½ tsp

Coriander powder – 1.5 tsp

Red chilly powder – 1 tsp

Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp

Salt – 1 tsp or to taste
