Palak paratha Recipe - Spinach Paratha recipe - Punjabi Palak Masala Paratha
Punjabi palak parantha, also known as spinach parantha can be packed in lunch for everyone or serve them with tea.
Ingredients
Wheat flour (आटा) - 2 cups (300 grams)
Spinach (पालक ) - 2 cups (200 grams) (finely chopped)
Oil (रिफाइन्ड आयल) - 3 to 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1/4 tsp
Ginger paste (अदरक) - 1/2 tsp
Green chili (हरी मिर्च) -1 (finely chopped)
Salt (नमक) - more than 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
